Shannon Beasley Taitt, M.P.A., LPEC Shannon Beasley Taitt, M.P.A., a native of Ayer, MA, is the founder and CEO of Deep Roots Consulting, LLC. She has expertise in criminal justice, substance abuse and mental health, and workforce development. Shannon has more than 25 years of experience as a recognized public health and strategic development expert at the federal, state, and local levels of government, school systems, and with community organizations. Shannon is a powerhouse of purpose — blending strategy, soul, and storytelling. As the founder of Deep Roots Consulting, she helps others grow from the ground up, guiding leaders and organizations through transformation with intention and clarity.
Shannon is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a BA in Political Science and Sociology and a master’s degree in public administration. As a self-proclaimed “grassroots bureaucrat,” Shannon has extensive experience in both addiction treatment and increasing access to care for underserved populations.
With her energetic and powerful presence, Shannon’s professional experience has empowered her to address a wide variety of topics tailored to address the specific needs of each client. Whether coaching, consulting, speaking, training, or facilitating, Shannon is a catalyst for change, whether it’s for an audience of one or for an audience of thousands.
